Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is Hiring a Human resource specialist Near Westborough, MA

Part time @ 24 hrs / wk and 8 hrs per day for 3 days / wk. This is an entry level role

The HR Specialist assists the HR Generalist and Chief People Officer with many administrative tasks including completing all pre-employment background checks clearing new hires for orientation.

Assist in receiving and screening calls, answering general human resources related questions. Coordinate the tracking documentation for pre-employment TB, licenses, other record keeping as necessary.

Requirements

1-2 years of HR experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in Behavioral Healthcare setting preferred.

Ability to exercise appropriate judgment in answering questions and releasing information; analyze and project consequences of decisions and / or recommendations.

Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.Technical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills relevant to Human Resources to effectively communicate with applicants, employees, team members, department managers / directors and administration.
